At the YMCA, your health and well-being are our top priorities. That's why we offer a wide range of options to help you achieve your wellness goals, both in-person and online.
For active members, we provide access to YMCA360, an online platform offering a variety of exercise classes that you can enjoy from the comfort of your own home. From yoga to strength training to dance workouts, there's something for everyone to enjoy, all for free!
If you prefer to work out in person, our Wellness Center is the perfect place to take your fitness routine to the next level. Our staff is here to assist you every step of the way, from guiding you through the different machines to ensuring you're using them safely and effectively.
Stop by the desk to learn more about each machine, how it works, and how to adjust weights and seats to fit your needs. We're here to help you get the most out of your workout while ensuring your safety and comfort.
Whether you choose to work out at home with YMCA360 or visit our Wellness Center in person, we're here to support you on your journey to better health and wellness. Let us help you reach your goals and live your best life!

MEMBER WEIGHTLIFTING EVENT

Join other YMCA lifters as we encourage each other to set new personal weight lifting records! The Member Weight Lifting Record Board Event takes place twice a year, spring/fall, and consists of three lifts: bench, squat, and deadlift. Members have the opportunity to be in two age classifications: ages 15-18 (must be in high school) and ages 19+. Members have many opportunities in each lift category to participate at their best, overall weight total, personal record, and body-weight-ratio.
Members also have the opportunity to join the Power 3 Club and receive a t-shirt! The Power 3 Club consists of three lifts: bench, squat and deadlift. Members will make this club by lifting at least 1,000 pounds, 1,250 pounds, or 1,500 pounds for males or 500 pounds, 750 pounds, or 1,000 pounds for females with a combined total weight.

Total Parkinson's Classes
Unlock the benefits of exercise for Parkinson's Disease with our specialized program designed to enhance balance, mobility, and overall well-being. At the YMCA, we recognize the importance of physical activity in managing symptoms and improving quality of life for individuals living with Parkinson's.
Our program is open to both YMCA members and community participants, welcoming individuals at all stages of the disease. Through tailored fitness plans, we address specific symptoms associated with Parkinson's, including altered balance, bradykinesia, depression, diminished voice volume, freezing, masked facial expressions, rigidity, stooped posture, and walking/gait difficulties.
Our certified instructors are trained to adapt exercises to accommodate varying levels of ability and progression of the disease, ensuring that each participant receives personalized attention and support.
